Positive: It was an amazing flat with excellent customer service.

If the cleanliness lived up to its expectations, everything would’ve been manageable but due to the way we received it m Positive: Location of the property was not too bad. Negative: This property boasts a cleanliness score of 9+ which is appalling for the condition we received it in. I even messaged them prior to arrival to make sure that the property is clean and dust free due to allergies etc. They responded with “our professional cleaners will take care of everything.” There was nothing professional about it due to disgusting conditions we’ve had to deal with. There were stains on the beds, pillows, cushions, throw over blankets, ironing board cover and even had bits of food/crumbs and rubbish on the sofa. Some of the lights kept flickering which was really annoying. Some of the blinds didn’t function. One of the windows were jammed fully shut and it gets quite hot in there so that can be an issue. I have photos and videos of everything as evidence and have raised it with Booking to come to a solution due to the unfortunate turn of events we’ve had to deal with.

Positive: Great location, well equipped, responsive and helpful support from the agency.

Modern apartment Positive: Apartment very clean Negative: Kitchen could be stocked a bit better. Very few glasses and no tea towel for example.
