Stylish 2 Bedroom Apartment in Birmingham City Centre

A well located apartment that needs a lot of TLC Positive: The location was good for Birmingham City Centre and the Canalside restaurants and attractions. Generally the apartment was reasonably comfortable and good value for money with four sharing. Negative: Sadly there were so many small issues that need to be addressed before this apartment could be classed as very good. Examples....no hairdryer despite being listed, though after a sending a message this was remedied very quickly with a delivery from Amazon. Dripping taps, towel rail hanging off wall, washbasin plugs broken. Window could not be closed resulting in a noise disturbing sleep. The over bath shower had no grabrail, no anti-slip mat and no showerhead rail and the bath plug was broken. Mirrors in both bathrooms were unfixed and a potential hazard.

bad managment Positive: location Negative: I do not accept it for following reasons: 1- washing machine is not working I had to pay more than £100 to wash it outside 2- during my stay, the weather was very hot and there is no air condition if we open the windows or the doors it is very noisy outside because we are decided a busy crowded road and difficult to sleep. 3-the drain voluve in the tub is not working 4- there are no trash cans in any room except kitchen and bathrooms 5-the furniture is very old 6- sleeping mat is it’s not comfortable you can feel springs knocking on your back when you lay down on the bed. 7- no hair dryer in the bathrooms 8- no good reaction to our complaints it took 48 hours to respond on our complaint about washing machine.

Lovely weekend. Perfect location for restaurants and bars. Positive: Location, well equipped. Well stocked of essentials. Easy check in Enough seating and comfortable beds. Negative: No parking with booking

A traumatic experience, I got stuck in their rooms due to their door handles been broken. !! Positive: Firstly you have to drive to a corner shop 5 mins away to pick up the keys?!!! I liked nothing about this place!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Negative: If you do not want to get stuck in the property due to their door handles been broken then please do not book with them. I got stuck in this property because the door handle was broken and you could tell it was broken for months. I had to bang on the door to get my boyfriend to come help me. It was such a traumatic experience. They had used food ingredients everywhere in the property. There were needles all over the side table and on the floor which nearly even hurt me., the kitchen was dirty and extremely dirty. The kitchen stove had carbon stains everywhere. I contacted them to try to get a refund. They blocked my number and Booking.com took over the case and they’ve been trying to contact the property, but they have also been ignoring Booking.com. Absolutely traumatic and the worst experience I’ve ever had please please please do not book with them if you care about your safety.

No sleep and smelly apartment Positive: Good directions & comms . Quick access . Apartment was warm Negative: I arrived in a taxi from airport & keys are a 6 minutes walk away from Apartment. Beds are awful . All Mattress’s lumpy & uncomfortable. Sofa bed was smelling of urine . Door handle in bedroom broken . Stains on carpet. Chewing gum stuck to floor . Toilet till holder broken on wall . Cooker grimy .
